Trail running in Stellenbosch

Looking for an accessible trail running in Stellenbosch? With four different routes from 2km to 7km, you can bring the whole family along, including dogs on leashes.

Stellenbosch MTB trails

Bring your little ones for a taste of the Stellenbosch MTB trails. Our longest route is 7km, so we don’t cater to the professionals, but offer a great introduction to mountain biking for parents and children.

Please take note while enjoying Knorhoek trails

Our Stellenbosch trails are free for you to use, but please register at the restaurant or guesthouse where trail maps are also available.

Our beautiful hiking, trail running and mountain biking trail routes can be enjoyed on the farm at your own risk. Keep an eye out for wild animals such as owls, eagles, deer, peacocks, porcupines, snakes, spiders and the occasional leopard. They do not visit the area often, so you will be very fortunate to spot one.
